A little bit (well maybe more than a little bit) about us:

We are a family business, now into our second generation,
in business since 1982. 

We are not a business which
was set up for the sole purpose of e-commerce. 
We are a wholesaler who happens to have a web site.

We are stocking wholesalers.
In other words, we attempt to keep in stock EVERYTHING you see on our website.
We don't wait for you to order before we order from our manufacturers.
Nothing on this website is "special order".
Of course, we're occasionally out of stock every now and then on a few items.

We ship well over 95% of our orders within 3 days.
The vast, vast majority of orders leave same or next day.

We will goof now and then.  We'll attempt to correct the
problem immediately.

While we have a large walk-in trade, our specialty is shipping, starting with our very first sale back in November 1982.

we actually have a  warehouse where you can visit and/or buy,
and have some free coffee or soda should you happen to be in our neck of the woods.

We've had a business license in the City of Huntington Beach since the 80's.

We think we have some reasonably good reasons for doing business with us:

  2. Same or next day shipping on in-stock items.  If an item is likely to be 
    out of stock for more than a week, we'll call or email you.
  3. We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
    We accept debit cards with any of these logos.
  4. Secure on-line ordering
  5. Guaranteed cheap shipping in the contiguous 48 states: 
    7.25% of the order total, or $7.65 if the order is under $100. 
  6. Thousands of products. NOTHING on this website is "special order".
    Everything is a stocked item.
  7. We respect your privacy.  This site DOES NOT collect cookies. 
    We don't sell or share our customer list, to or with, anyone.
    If you are ordering on-line, our on-line system must collect cookies.
  8. We don't charge your credit/debit card until the day of shipment.
    We don't clear your credit/debit card on-line.  All credit/debit card charges
    are entered manually on the day your order is shipped.
    And...we only charge what's actually shipped that day.
  9. Real people answer the phone. 
    If your question is important or urgent,
    DO NOT leave a message on voice mail, or an email. 
    Fax or call us until you reach a "live" person.

  10. We have an actual physical location you are welcome to visit.

do we claim to be the cheapest, the fastest, the best.
(How does one prove any of those?)
You should consider claims of that nature to be an insult to your intelligence.

We also don't claim to meet or beat any price you find.
We sell at what we think is a fair price.
If you've found a better price with prompt delivery,
then you've got an incredible deal and
you should take advantage of it.

We don't link to any other sites but to our own and to the
occasional site that might show off some of the products we offer.

We generate our income only from our business. 
We don't partner or try to generate revenue by having you click on a link where we might make a few pathetic cents if you go there.
